Test bench for sensor acquisition board
This is the equipment used to test the sensor acquisition board produced by Florence Engineering. The assembly consists of an electronic board equipped with various types of spring probes that contact the device under test at the relevant points, and a plastic structure that serves as a support and guide for positioning the board under test.
The spring contacts power the board under test, measure the significant voltages to ensure they are within the expected range, and connect loads and/or sensors that simulate the actual operation of the board, verifying that the measured values are consistent.
The equipment is also equipped with PC-based software that automatically performs all required testing checks. The entire procedure takes approximately 40 seconds per board, including positioning and removal.
