<\/div>Acquisition system in its housing<\/h5><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/i><\/div><\/i><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>Florence Engineering develops electronic boards based on the Raspberry Pi Compute Module, a device from the RPi family designed for industrial and embedded applications. These solutions combine the computing power and scalability of the Raspberry platform with the ability to integrate peripherals or application-specific architectures.<\/p>\n
The board shown as an example features an RPi CM4 module with integrated wireless connectivity and flash memory, plus a 9-18V DC power supply, an HDMI interface, a USB OTG port, two USB host ports, and a microSD card slot. The CM4 module also features its own heatsink with a cooling fan.<\/p>\n
The board features two 24-bit sigma-delta ADCs, connected directly to the CM4 module, which implement 11 thermocouple inputs and two inputs for AC current measurement with a Hall sensor directly on the PCB. Finally, there is an analog input with a 200 kSPS ADC, which is managed by a dedicated microcontroller connected to the RPi module via a serial interface.<\/p>\n
The entire system is enclosed in a specially designed plastic container, suitable for use in an industrial environment.<\/p>\n
This board creates an acquisition system for various types of sensors and can process the acquired data before sending it to the cloud via WiFi and HTTPS.<\/p>\n
This is just one example of the many possibilities offered by this type of solution, which can be customized to meet the diverse needs of the specific application, in terms of board shape and size, peripherals, power consumption, and computing performance.<\/p>\n

<\/div>Carrier board with RPI module<\/h5><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>Acquisition system in its housing<\/h5><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/i><\/div><\/i><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>Florence Engineering develops electronic boards based on the Raspberry Pi Compute Module, a device from the RPi family designed for industrial and embedded applications. These solutions combine the computing power and scalability of the Raspberry platform with the ability to integrate peripherals or application-specific architectures.<\/p>\n
The board shown as an example features an RPi CM4 module with integrated wireless connectivity and flash memory, plus a 9-18V DC power supply, an HDMI interface, a USB OTG port, two USB host ports, and a microSD card slot. The CM4 module also features its own heatsink with a cooling fan.<\/p>\n
The board features two 24-bit sigma-delta ADCs, connected directly to the CM4 module, which implement 11 thermocouple inputs and two inputs for AC current measurement with a Hall sensor directly on the PCB. Finally, there is an analog input with a 200 kSPS ADC, which is managed by a dedicated microcontroller connected to the RPi module via a serial interface.<\/p>\n
The entire system is enclosed in a specially designed plastic container, suitable for use in an industrial environment.<\/p>\n
This board creates an acquisition system for various types of sensors and can process the acquired data before sending it to the cloud via WiFi and HTTPS.<\/p>\n
This is just one example of the many possibilities offered by this type of solution, which can be customized to meet the diverse needs of the specific application, in terms of board shape and size, peripherals, power consumption, and computing performance.<\/p>\n

<\/div>Acquisition system in its housing<\/h5><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/i><\/div><\/i><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>Florence Engineering develops electronic boards based on the Raspberry Pi Compute Module, a device from the RPi family designed for industrial and embedded applications. These solutions combine the computing power and scalability of the Raspberry platform with the ability to integrate peripherals or application-specific architectures.<\/p>\n
The board shown as an example features an RPi CM4 module with integrated wireless connectivity and flash memory, plus a 9-18V DC power supply, an HDMI interface, a USB OTG port, two USB host ports, and a microSD card slot. The CM4 module also features its own heatsink with a cooling fan.<\/p>\n
The board features two 24-bit sigma-delta ADCs, connected directly to the CM4 module, which implement 11 thermocouple inputs and two inputs for AC current measurement with a Hall sensor directly on the PCB. Finally, there is an analog input with a 200 kSPS ADC, which is managed by a dedicated microcontroller connected to the RPi module via a serial interface.<\/p>\n
The entire system is enclosed in a specially designed plastic container, suitable for use in an industrial environment.<\/p>\n
This board creates an acquisition system for various types of sensors and can process the acquired data before sending it to the cloud via WiFi and HTTPS.<\/p>\n
This is just one example of the many possibilities offered by this type of solution, which can be customized to meet the diverse needs of the specific application, in terms of board shape and size, peripherals, power consumption, and computing performance.<\/p>\n

Florence Engineering develops electronic boards based on the Raspberry Pi Compute Module, a device from the RPi family designed for industrial and embedded applications. These solutions combine the computing power and scalability of the Raspberry platform with the ability to integrate peripherals or application-specific architectures.<\/p>\n
The board shown as an example features an RPi CM4 module with integrated wireless connectivity and flash memory, plus a 9-18V DC power supply, an HDMI interface, a USB OTG port, two USB host ports, and a microSD card slot. The CM4 module also features its own heatsink with a cooling fan.<\/p>\n
The board features two 24-bit sigma-delta ADCs, connected directly to the CM4 module, which implement 11 thermocouple inputs and two inputs for AC current measurement with a Hall sensor directly on the PCB. Finally, there is an analog input with a 200 kSPS ADC, which is managed by a dedicated microcontroller connected to the RPi module via a serial interface.<\/p>\n
The entire system is enclosed in a specially designed plastic container, suitable for use in an industrial environment.<\/p>\n
This board creates an acquisition system for various types of sensors and can process the acquired data before sending it to the cloud via WiFi and HTTPS.<\/p>\n
This is just one example of the many possibilities offered by this type of solution, which can be customized to meet the diverse needs of the specific application, in terms of board shape and size, peripherals, power consumption, and computing performance.<\/p>\n
